The Opportunity: EnsembleHealthPartnersisseekingastrategicandoperationallyfocused Director,ClientCodingIntegrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives for new and existing healthcareclients.ThisroleservesasakeypartnerbetweenCodingOperations,RevenueCycle,ClientServices,Technology,Implementation,andoperationalleadershipteamstoensureseamlesscodingtransitions,operationalreadiness,compliance,andlong-termsuccess. Theidealcandidatewillbringdeepexpertisein professionalfee(physician)coding ,revenuecycleoperations,codingcompliance,providereducation,andclientrelationshipmanagement.Thisleaderwillberesponsibleforguidingcodingintegrationactivities,supportingoperationaltransformation,identifyingprocessimprovementopportunities,andensuringcodingbestpracticesareconsistentlyimplementedacrossclientengagements. KeyResponsibilities ClientCodingIntegrations Leadcodingintegrationactivitiesforphysicianbillingclientsduringonboarding,acquisitions,conversions,andoperationaltransitions. Serveastheprimarycodingsubjectmatterexpertthroughoutimplementationandtransitionefforts. Assessexistingcodingworkflows,policies,processes,andoperationalstructurestoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovementandstandardization. Partnerwithoperationalleaderstodeveloppost-integrationactionplansthatsupportquality,productivity,compliance,andfinancialperformance. Supportorganizationalreadinessactivitiesincludingtraining,communication,workflowdesign,andstakeholderengagement. CodingOperations&Compliance ProvideexpertiserelatedtoICD-10-CM,CPT,HCPCS,modifierapplication,documentationrequirements,andregulatorycompliancestandards. CollaboratewithCompliance,RevenueIntegrity,ProviderEducation,andClientLeadershiptosupportcodingaccuracyandoperationalexcellence. Monitorcodingquality,productivity,auditfindings,andoperationalperformancemetrics. Assistwiththedevelopmentandimplementationofcorrectiveactionplansrelatedtocodingquality,documentation,andcomplianceconcerns. Supportinternalandexternalauditswhileensuringadherencetofederal,state,payer,andregulatoryrequirements. RevenueCycleOptimization Analyzecoding-relatedtrends,denials,edits,andrevenuecycleperformanceindicatorstoidentifyrootcausesandrecommendsolutions. PartnerwithRevenueCycleteamstoimprovereimbursementaccuracy,reducedenials,andenhanceoperationalefficiency. Assistclientswithcodingworkflowredesign,processimprovements,andoperationaltransformationinitiatives. Supportimplementationofautomation,reporting,andtechnologysolutionsthatimprovecodingperformance. RelationshipManagement Buildtrustedpartnershipswithphysicians,operationalleaders,codingteams,compliancedepartments,andclientstakeholders. Actasastrategicadvisorregardingphysiciancodingoperationsandregulatoryrequirements. Presentoperationalupdates,implementationprogress,risks,andrecommendationstoleadershipteams.
