Marketing Assistant- St. Lucia (Remote) The Marketing Assistant undertakes day-to-day administrative and marketing duties and co-ordinates a wide range of company activities working closely with the Line of Business. Job Responsibilities: Providing support for respective LOBs sales initiatives Arranging branding and booth setup for sponsored events Fulfilling branch requests to support sales events, including social media flyers Assisting with the execution of promotional campaigns, activities and client events Support the tracking and execution of various campaign activity elements Supporting the execution of the Walk for The Cure event and related fundraising activities Ordering and distribution of collateral for the branches within the territories Processing invoices Collating monthly LOB and MD budget tracker Updating the events calendar Processing request for logos Review Marketing Intake forms from respective stakeholders Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle many diverse projects and tasks. Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face with people from a range of backgrounds and communities Good level of computer skills including email, Word, Excel A people person and team player, with a knack for diplomatically following up on project priorities and assigned team tasks. Proven administration and marketing experience Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Experience in related marketing roles or marketing department Associate degree in marketing/ business administration Originally posted on Himalayas
