Magna Legal Services is seeking a proactive, personable, and service-oriented Client Services Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and approaches every client interaction with professionalism, responsiveness, and care. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries received by phone, email, and client portal Troubleshoot client concerns, provide timely solutions, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate manager Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall service delivery Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure issues are resolved effectively Communicate client feedback to support ongoing process and service improvements Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and requests Desired Background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong email and telephone etiquette Professional, client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Experience with Front and ReporterBase is preferred but not required Magna Legal Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
