Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build the full outbound stack: GoHighLevel workflows/pipelines/AI agents, cold email infrastructure (domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup), Clay tables for list building/enrichment, HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns, Sendr.AI + ringless voicemail sequences Automate handoffs between tools so manual copy-paste goes to zero Run and optimize daily: monitor inboxes/LinkedIn, triage replies, route positive replies into booked meetings fast Track deliverability, reply rates, show rates per campaign/client; run A/B tests on lists, copy, offers Spot and fix problems early (domain health, sender bans, broken automations) Weekly report with numbers, learnings, next steps; keep SOPs current Join client/vendor calls when needed; own follow-through Required Tools GoHighLevel (with AI) — building workflows, pipelines, calendars, snapshots, AI agents Clay — list building, enrichment, verification, personalization Instantly — cold email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability) HeyReach — LinkedIn outreach at scale across multiple sender profiles LinkedIn Sales Navigator — intent signals feeding Clay tables Qualifications: 5+ years in B2B outbound, growth ops, or RevOps with campaigns you personally built and ran Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows/automations (not just CRM usage) Cold email deliverability work (ideally Instantly) Clay or similar enrichment tools + intent/buying signals LinkedIn outreach at scale (HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, etc.) Clear, fluent English; comfortable leading live calls with US/UK founders Takes ownership, systems thinker, comfortable being measured on numbers Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: Performance Incentives Job Security and Stability Paid Training Inclusive Culture Upskilling Opportunities 100% Work-From-Home Exceptionally Supportive Team Opportunities for Career Growth Fun Work Environment Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM PST | 40 hours per week | Full-time Location: 100% Remote Salary Package: Up to ₱76K/month, depending on experience Please note: • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview. • We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
