Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager Marketing at Creative Chaos , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for ongoing optimization. Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and events. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a technology or creative environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools. Proficient in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content management systems. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
