Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together! What You'll do: Provide support and development activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and availability. Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services and user lifecycle management. Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements. Contribute to the optimization of authentication and access management processes. Who You Are: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience with IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Exchange. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience managing identities, permissions, and access governance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Good communication skills in Portuguese. Graduate degree or equivalent academic background. Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset.
