And we’re looking for a Senior SQL Fraud Analyst Full-time to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Investigate accounts for fraudulent activity and make determinations on whether accounts are fraudulent Analyze MMP and partner network data (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust) to identify invalid and fraudulent activity Track fraud trends across Mode Mobile's various apps — fraud in this space evolves fast (multi-accounting, device farms, emulators, VPN/proxy abuse, AI-driven fraud) Analyze large data exports using SQL and spreadsheets to find patterns and anomalies Stay ahead of emerging fraud tactics and help build/improve rules and safeguards to ensure legitimate users are protected Work cross-functionally with risk, product, data, engineering, and operational stakeholders Leverage AI tools comfortably — Mode is an AI-native company and expects fluency with AI-supported workflows Required Tools SQL — must be proficient Spreadsheets — must be proficient G Suite / Google Workspace — required AI-enabled workflows Qualifications: 4+ years in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk, or a related analytical role Preferably in rewarded apps, offer walls, mobile gaming, fintech, or adtech Proficient in SQL and spreadsheets (required) Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Python (nice-to-have) Familiarity with MMP platforms — Singular, AppsFlyer, or Adjust (nice-to-have) Comfort with AI-enabled workflows and tools (required — Mode is AI-native) Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (risk, product, data, engineering) Someone who can stay ahead of fast-evolving fraud tactics rather than just responding to them Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: Performance Incentives Job Security and Stability Paid Training Inclusive Culture Upskilling Opportunities 100% Work-From-Home Exceptionally Supportive Team Opportunities for Career Growth Fun Work Environment Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM CST | 40 hours per week | Full-time Location: 100% Remote Salary Package: Up to 85K/month, depending on experience Please note: • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview. • We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
