You are experienced at drafting and negotiating a range of inbound and outbound commercial contracts, including technology/cloud agreements, SaaS service agreements, contractor/consulting agreements, events-related agreements, and other business agreements. - You can research an unfamiliar regulation and apply strong business judgment to turn it into a practical recommendation. You have a knack for analyzing and assessing laws, regulations, and policies across multiple jurisdictions to extract the most relevant provisions for the business. You are comfortable with assessing risk and proposing solutions that balance risk with business goals. - You love new challenges. You have experience with, and an enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity for new legal issues. You are a creative thinker who is comfortable with change and ambiguity, and excited to learn areas of the law that may be new to you. - You think of yourself as a builder in legal practice.
