About the role: As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process, including customer billing, vendor invoice validation, purchase order management, and project administration. Working closely with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure efficient operations and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced international environment. In this role you will get to: ​ Billing customers Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors Overseeing entire sales/purchase process: Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors Communication with the customers and vendors Obtaining, managing and tracking customers’ purchase orders Coordinating between global management and local management Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update and monitor the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system Administrative support to various departments in the company, including operations, marketing and human resources. What we are looking for: Mandatory Experience: Sales operations experience for multi-national customers Business administration experience Experience working for a global organization Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree Advantage: Degree in Business / Economics / Law.
