About the role

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Project Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will keep UK projects on schedule, on budget and honestly reported. Role overview You'll run the coordination layer of live projects — schedules, actions, risks and status reporting — so project managers can lead the work instead of chasing updates. You'll be the person who knows what is actually behind. Key responsibilities Maintain project plans, schedules and action logs Chase task owners and keep delivery dates current Prepare status reports and circulate meeting minutes Track budgets, risks and issues in the project register Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation What you'll need Experience coordinating or administering projects Experience with a project tool such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or MS Project Confident with spreadsheets and status reporting Strong written English and follow-up discipline Comfortable chasing senior stakeholders for updates Nice to have Experience in an agile or software delivery environment PRINCE2, Agile or CAPM certification Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects What's on offer 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday Long-term placement with a stable UK business, not short contract work A UK employer who invests in the people who stay About Remote Recruitment Remote Recruitment places South African professionals into long-term roles with UK businesses.
