Position Overview Vantage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support and enhance the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining compliance with budget, quality, and safety standards. The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic project execution and continuous improvement. Essential Job Functions Lead coordination of day-to-day construction project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, stakeholders are informed, and action items are tracked. Support project managers in driving project execution, identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain schedule and budget integrity. Manage contracts and purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies. Oversee document control processes, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible. Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners, providing updates on project progress, risks, and milestones. Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and summaries to highlight performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices across project coordination workflows. Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior coordinators or new team members as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field. 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination or construction project support, preferably in a fast-paced or mission-critical environment. Experience with contract and PO management is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
