Communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Create, monitor, and update Gantt Chartsto visualize project timelines and task dependencies. Track and record time spent on projects, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of time invested. Handle additional tasks related to overall project management, such as resource allocation, risk management, and progress reporting.
