About the role

The Director of Product Marketing is a senior role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, serving as the strategic voice of the market inside the organization and the voice of the product outside it. The position owns the master messaging architecture across all products, segments, and buyer personas, and sets the standard for how Lone Wolf is positioned across all channels. What You'll Own: Team Leadership Lead a team of Strategic Product Marketers and the content developers who support them. Hire, coach, and manage performance so the team keeps getting better, not just staying busy. Set the process and quality bar every product marketer works against, so output is consistent no matter which product they're covering. GTM Own the launch process: tiering, timelines, and the cross-functional checkpoints that make a launch land instead of scramble. Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major releases, coordinating timelines across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation. Run pilots that test positioning and pricing before a launch goes wide. Measure the impact of GTM programs against pipeline, adoption, and revenue goals, and adjust strategy accordingly Positioning & Messaging Carry final accountability for positioning and messaging across the portfolio. Each Product Marketer owns execution for their own products. You make sure it adds up to one Lone Wolf story. Keep competitive intelligence current and built into how the team positions, not just a report that goes stale after launch. Own product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, ensuring consistency from website copy to sales decks to customer communications. Voice of Customer Run Product Advisory Boards that give customers a real seat at the table. Build structured feedback loops that feed positioning, packaging, and the product roadmap, not just a slide for quarterly reviews. Packaging & Pricing Own the packaging and pricing strategy and framework across the portfolio. Partner with Finance and Product so every price reflects real customer value. Content Own all product marketing content: one-pagers, decks, and everything else the team produces. Equip sales teams with battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling materials Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and product as peers, not as an order taker. Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate features into customer-facing value. Synthesize market and customer feedback into roadmap input for the product management team. Report on GTM and pricing performance to executive stakeholders. Manages all activities in Accounts Payable for multiple entities based in the U.S. Ensure timely vouchering and payment of vendor invoices Assist with Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable and company purchasing credit cards Maintain accurate records and control reports Perform timely month end close activities Familiarity with payments via ACH, wire transfers and Online Bill Payment Project work as assigned to include migrating newly acquired entities from legacy systems to Company’s NetSuite application What You'll Bring: 10+ years in product marketing, including at least 6 years managing or leading a team of product marketers. Experience in residential real estate, proptech, or a closely adjacent vertical (mortgage, title, insurance, or similar). You understand how brokers, agents, and MLSs actually work. Experience owning positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple products or a portfolio, not just one product line. Experience owning pricing and packaging for B2B SaaS products, ideally across a multi-product portfolio. A track record of building a repeatable GTM or launch process at a large, complex organization. Experience running structured customer feedback programs (advisory boards, win/loss, or similar) and turning that input into decisions, not just
