Job Description: Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software. Provide remote training and customer support. Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system. Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods. Qualifications: Second / Third year student for Electronics/Electrical Engineering Previous experience in a monitoring and control/technical support role. Ability to withstand pressure. Customer-facing work capability. Data analysis skills and drawing conclusions. Relevant experience - an advantage. Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends.
