The Senior Fellows Program Manager is responsible forthe strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's fellowship engagement and education programs. This role serves as the primary leader for initiatives designed to educate, engage, and develop the next generation of structural heart physicians while enhancing awareness and understanding of Abbott Structural Heart therapies. Working closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, R&D, and global education teams, this individual willleadcurriculum strategy, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness. The role will partner with U.S. and international stakeholders to develop standardizededucational content, program frameworks, and best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across fellowsprogramming. This position requires strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to integrate with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, teaching institutions, and physician leaders. The Senior Fellows Program Manager will oversee all aspects of fellowsprogramming, including strategic planning, curriculum development, compliance oversight, budget management, and continuous improvement to deliver impactful educational experiences and measurable outcomes.This position is U.S. based. What You'll Work On Lead the strategy, development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's Fellows Program and physician education initiatives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and global counterparts to drive program alignment, communication, collaboration, and implementation. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial and R&D teams to ensure educational programs meet evolving physician learning needs. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate forfellowsprogram and education needs across cross-functional teamsandtoinnovative educational content. Develop andmaintainstandardized curricula, educational content, program frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
